How I Built an AI Content Suite with OpenClaw
See how OpenClaw agents can automate YouTube scripts, social copy, content calendars, livestream planning, and creator operations workflows.
I created my very own content suite utilizing my OpenClaw AI agent - from YouTube scripts to video to social copy output to live streams and my very own content calendar that has officially replaced Notion. Here's exactly how the entire system works from the inside.
The Content Calendar: Why I Left Notion
The content calendar is my favorite part of Clear Mud OS. I've officially migrated Clear Mud's entire workspace off of Notion and operate fully out of my custom-built system.
We have Kanban boards where you can drag things from one column to the next - live streams, ideas, thumbnail and script phases - showing exactly where I am in the process with any given video.
The game-changer is the "Add to Calendar" button in the YouTube script output. One click and it prefills every field. That tedious task of copy-pasting everything from what was originally a Claude Code CLI/Obsidian workflow? Now it's completely automated.
The YouTube Script Generator
This is one of the most used tools in the OS. I give it a topic or idea with some context, and it goes through a title, thumbnail, and hook methodology I've compiled from creators like Patty Galloway, Colin and Samir, and many others.
The two-phase process works like this:
- Phase 1 - Opus 4.6: Handles the heavy lifting - trend analysis, idea validation, search and discovery data, audience fit, content-to-product pipeline, and voice profile match. Presents three title/thumbnail/hook strategies.
- Phase 2 - Sonnet: After I pick a strategy, Sonnet writes the actual script. With all the methodology baked in, it actually writes better than Opus does for this specific task.
The whole thing takes about two minutes to run. I spent countless hours fine-tuning the logic and methodology so the outputs are genuinely good.
Voice-Aware Social Copy
When you paste in a YouTube video URL, the system analyzes my voice - the way I communicate, the tone - and generates copy that matches how I actually talk.
It doesn't need any predefined voice DNA. I didn't need to paste in articles of me writing to get my voice. It literally pulls it from the transcript. No pre-training, no voice profiles - just real-time analysis.
Content Cascade: Full Automation
This is where it gets really automated. Hype, one of my sub-agents under Gary (my CMO agent), generates social copy 12 hours after a long-form video gets posted on the YouTube channel. There's a cron job for this.
He generates copy using the video-to-social command, then posts it across all socials. He also pushes a live update to clearmud.ai - we now have a blog that auto-publishes articles providing backlinks to the YouTube channel.
I've fully handed this off. I don't hold its hand anymore. It does everything itself.
Self-Improving AI Agents
My main agent, Muddy, runs a nightly cron job to self-improve one thing on Clear Mud OS and one thing on Muddy OS. Features like momentum tracking, performance analytics, competitor analysis, and even a teleprompter - all built by the agents overnight without me asking.
The philosophy: I'm essentially setting bricks down. Building a foundation and slowly building off of it with iteration after iteration, new vertical automations, creating new sub-agents - holding their hand first, then once I trust them, letting them do their thing.
The Only ROI That Matters: Time
Everything I build focuses on one ROI metric only - time. How much time can I free up to focus on making videos, live streaming, and traveling?
This was not a one-shot. This is well over a hundred hours of work and iteration and sleepless nights. But now it saves me hours every week.
I'm not an AI expert. I'm building in public and sharing what actually works. If this inspires you to build your own version for your use case - that's exactly the point.
Clarity matters.
