Question 1

Do we need to prepare anything?

Accepted Answer

No. Come ready to talk about what frustrates your team most. We walk through real recent work together and use anything you choose to share.

Question 2

Who should join the session?

Accepted Answer

Whoever makes the call, plus someone close to the day-to-day work. In smaller companies that can be the same person. In larger ones, bring the owner of the process we look at.

Question 3

Is 90 minutes enough for a larger organization?

Accepted Answer

For one department or one cross-team process, yes. Larger organizations usually start with the process that hurts most, and the map shows where to go next.

Question 4

We already tried a few AI tools. Is this still useful?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Most teams we talk to have tried something. The map shows which tools fit the problems that hurt most, which to drop, and what to fix before adding anything new.

Question 5

Do you need access to our systems?

Accepted Answer

No logins are needed. Whether you run modern software, old systems, spreadsheets, or a mix, we map how work moves today from the conversation and any examples you choose to share.

Question 6

Will AI replace our people?

Accepted Answer

No. The goal is to give your best people their time back. Every recommendation keeps a person in charge of the decisions that matter.

Question 7

Is this right for us?

Accepted Answer

It is if a decision-maker and someone close to the work can attend, and you want a ranked plan rather than a list of tools. It is not a fit if you expect the fixes built inside the fee or need legal or compliance sign-off.

Question 8

Do we have to hire Clearmud afterward?

Accepted Answer

No. The map is yours. Build it with your own team, another partner, or us. Sometimes the right answer is to wait, and the map will say so.

Question 9

Is the fee refundable?

Accepted Answer

No. Your payment reserves your time, the working session, and the analysis behind your map. If you need to move your time, email team@clearmud.ai and we will find another slot, subject to availability.
